HS Proficiency: Basic Coping Skills
Help yourself manage your emotions in times of stress by selecting and practicing some Coping Skills.
- Work through each slide in the presentation below (make sure to watch the videos, where relevant).
- Respond to the prompts in your guiding worksheet (make sure you complete and keep this, as this will be evidence for earning your proficiency later on).
- Follow the prompts to practice your selected Coping Skills.
- Demonstrate your selected Coping Skills to your teacher during your next spot-check for credit (and to move on in your Proficiency Flowchart).
