Puzzle #3 Solution
There are a number of answers which are a variation on the solution below.
The normal cause of problems is the assumption that the lines cannot cross underneath houses that they do not connect to.

Provide supplies of Water, Gas and Electricity from each of their plants shown in the figure, to each of the houses A, B and C (by drawing them in).
No connections must cross each other.
