Assessing SMART Goals and Action Plans

It's hard to set a strong SMART Goal and an Action Plan to go with it, so we need outside eyes to take a look to make sure we didn't get lazy with our goals and plans.  The better you get assessing other goals, the better you will get making your own, as well.
