Choosing High-Leverage Feedback

When we're giving feedback to other people, it's really tempting to tell them all the things they need to work on at once.  Of course, this is overwhelming, and makes it less likely for the person to work on any of those things.  This presentation walks through the idea of giving one or two pieces of "high-leverage" feedback - the most important pieces of feedback to mastering the skill.
