Pathways and Habits

In the same way that we will stick to the maze path we know when pressed to do it again, our brain doesn't bother "stopping and thinking" to come up with new behavioral responses to triggers - even if those responses are not the best way to get what we want.  This presentation introduces that concept and helps us think about replacement behaviors to do better.
