Empty the Cup

A lot of different things can "fill your cup" and cause you to handle yourself poorly - we'll start looking at these things and thinking through what we can do about it.

Resources/Materials:

"Empty the Cup" Facilitation Notes pdf (for printing and using for facilitation)
"Emptying My Cup" worksheet template (for printing)

"Empty the Cup" Sample Video

Watch this 5-minute video to get the gist of "Empty the Cup."  However - it is MUCH BETTER to demonstrate for students directly, using your own stories/adjustments.  Also, the impact of watching you spill on the floor in real life (vs. watching on a random video) is much more "sticky" and likely to hold this in their minds.
