MG.1 Determining Needs:

Students are able to determine the underlying needs of various parties in a given situation.  
Determining Needs
For students to learn how to use their Deep Listening skills to help resolve conflicts, they need to practice determining the needs of the people involved in the conflict to later help them communicate effectively with each other.

Mediating Conflict
Students practice conflict mediation through role plays focusing on their Deep Listening strategies.

Students are able to create compromise solutions that address multiple parties’ needs in a given situation.
