Independent Practice Module: Failure Inventory

When something goes wrong, you need to make sure you learn from it, so you can be successful.  A "Failure Inventory" can help you do that.

Directions:
If you are having a hard time figuring out exactly how a "Failure Inventory" works, then follow the directions below to gain greater understanding.
  1. Work through each slide in the presentation below (make sure to watch the videos).
  2. Respond to the prompts in your Independent Practice worksheet (make sure you complete and keep this, as this may be evidence for earning your proficiency later on).
  3. Demonstrate your ability to use a "Failure Inventory" for various situations during your next spot-check for credit.
