HS Proficiency: Communicating Needs

Follow this tutorial to help you identify your needs and to help you figure out what you want from other people in times of conflict.

Directions:

  1. Work through the presentation below.  Watch the videos, when prompted.
  2. Respond to the prompts in your guiding worksheet (and make sure you complete and keep this, as this will be evidence for earning your proficiency later on).
  3. Be prepared to use the "Needs Inventory" to identify your needs (and explain them) in different situations to demonstrate proficiency in this area.
