HS Proficiency: Deep Listening

To better be able to understand other people's perspectives, practice these "Deep Listening" strategies.

Directions:

  1. Work through each slide in the presentation below (make sure to watch the videos).
  2. Respond to the prompts in your guiding worksheet (make sure you complete and keep this, as this will be evidence for earning your proficiency later on).  
  3. Demonstrate your ability to use all "Deep Listening" strategies during your next spot-check for credit (and to move on in your Proficiency Flowchart).
