HS Proficiency: Initiating Difficult Conversations

Follow this tutorial to help you practice speaking up for yourself when people do things that bother you.

Directions:

  1. Work through the presentation below.  Watch the videos, when prompted.  
  2. Respond to the prompts in your guiding worksheet (and make sure you complete and keep this, as this will be evidence for earning your proficiency later on).  ​ 
  3. Be prepared to initiate some real difficult conversations and describe them (providing evidence) to demonstrate proficiency in this area.
