Introduction to Getting What You Want From Difficult Conversations

We are all going to find ourselves in situations where we do not agree with other people, or unfair things are happening to us.  For us to be able to overcome those situations, we need to be proficient at using strategies for getting what we want from these conversations - in a way that makes people work with us for a solution, instead of working against us.
