Talking Yourself UP

A lot of the time, we have a hard time persisting because of the things we say to ourselves - thinking that there's something wrong with us or the pain or difficulty we're feeling is going to last forever.  This presentation on a technique that involves asking yourself whether what you are going through is "Permanent, Universal, or Personal" has been demonstrated to help even Navy SEALS persist at the hardest times.
