PLT Touchstones: Empty the Cup

The goal of PLT Lab is to help students learn strategies for effectively getting what they want - for their own, personal success. One of the key PLT "Leadership Touchstones" is the concept of "Emptying the Cup" - which helps students think about how to manage their emotions and behaviors.
