PLT Touchstones: Speaking to be Heard

The goal of PLT Lab is to help students learn strategies for effectively getting what they want - for their own, personal success. Another PLT "Leadership Touchstone" is the concept of "Speaking to be Heard" - which helps students think about how they way we communicate affects our relationships.
